3. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
3.1 14-day withdrawal period
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom (where UK rules apply), you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU (as implemented in Sweden by the Distance Contracts Act, Lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you—or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier—acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, by email to the address shown under Company Information). You may use the model withdrawal form prepared under EU law (available from national consumer authorities and the European Commission’s consumer pages), but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from when we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal, unless we have offered to collect the goods. For sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may be lost—see below.
4. Commercial Return Period (30 days)
4.1 Extended goodwill period
In addition to your statutory rights above, we may offer return of eligible products within 30 days from the date of delivery where this does not conflict with the conditions below and with applicable law. The 30-day period does not replace or shorten your 14-day statutory withdrawal right; it is an additional commercial policy for qualifying returns.
The product must meet our return conditions as outlined in Section 5.
4.2 Relationship to statutory withdrawal
If you are entitled to statutory withdrawal, follow the procedure in Section 3 first if you are within the 14-day window. If you rely only on our 30-day commercial policy, the requirements in Section 5 apply.
5. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Original packaging, labels, and seals must be intact
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
5.1 Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals
- Products past their expiration date
- Products that have been stored improperly
6. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
- Ship the product back to us using the provided address
- Include a copy of your order confirmation in the package
7. Return Shipping
7.1 Customer Responsibility
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product shipped, defective item), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
7.2 Our Errors
If we shipped the wrong product or a defective item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
7.3 Shipping Recommendations
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.
8. Refund Process
8.1 Inspection
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to verify it meets our return conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.
8.2 Refund Approval
If the return is approved, we will process your refund. You will receive an email notification confirming the refund.
8.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:
- Credit/debit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Bank transfer refunds: 3-7 business days
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
8.4 Refund Amount
Refunds include the product price paid. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Any promotional discounts applied to the original order will be reflected proportionally in the refund.
9. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage and packaging
- Keep all original packaging materials
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
10. Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will send the correct product at no additional cost and arrange for the return of the incorrect item.
11. Cancellations
11.1 Before Shipping
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
11.2 After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return the product according to this policy once received.
12. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
13. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company (processing times vary)
- If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us
14. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds in cases of:
- Abuse of our return policy
- Products returned in unacceptable condition
- Products returned after the return period
- Missing proof of purchase
